About Rather Be In Finland

Hi, I’m Teemu - a Finn behind this brand.

I created this brand to share a feeling that means a lot to me: the longing for Lapland, pure nature, quiet wandering, and the deep roots of Finnish sauna culture.

I currently live in Lahti, in the heart of Finland, with my partner and our son. We spend a lot of time together as a family, and most of our days are shaped by being outdoors.

I founded Rather Be in Finland in January 2024, and during the very first year, shirts were purchased from 13 different countries.
I never would have believed this could be possible, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has shown support or interest in this brand in any way.

What started as a small experiment is growing into something much bigger, and I’m truly excited to see where the journey will lead next.
